DEAR SENATOR: I notice from press reports that a bill on immigration will be submitted to Congress and Senate next Tuesday. the 25th Inst.. and hope that you can see your way clear to support the bill. This country is in a terrible condition. There are over 125.000 men in Detroit alone out of work. and have been for six months. The city is doing all it can for them. but still there is real suffering among the people.
