Mr. President. I report back favorably from the Committee on Immigration the bill to amend subdivision (a) of section I of the act entitled "An act making it a felony with penalty for certain aliens to enter the United States of America under certain conditions in violation of law." approved March 4. 1929. This has been submitted to the various members of the committee. and it ought to be passed to relieve three or four cruel situations that were brought about on account of the passage of the Blease deportation bill at the last session. I ask for the immediate consideration of the bill.
