These two committees will have to prepare the final draft of the resolutions on the drafting of " Fundamental principles for the collective life of states" and "The evolution of the representative system" to be submitted to the conference in July. The political and organization committee will also discuss the question of amending eertain provisions in the statutes and regulations in order to bring them into conformity with the present practice. On March 21 the committee for social questions. to prepare a report on immigration problems. will meet with the executive committee. Prague has been chosen as a place of meeting on the invitation of the Czechoslovak group. The group. moreover. intends to arrange for facilities to be extended to the delegates to enable them to visit the country.
