We intend to take up on Thursday. tomorrow. after the reading of the Journal and the disposal of routine business on the Speakers table. the rule providing for the consideration of three bills from the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization. Later in the afternoon. if there should be time. we might take up the rule relating to the consideration of the bill concerning Howard University. On Saturday we want to take up. the first thing. the rule for the consideration of the import rubber bill.
