Crist favors this new procedure. Now. we know these two public officials. As to the Secretary of Labor. it Is not necessary to pay any tribute to him. We know where his sympathies lie. we know his high character. his manifest fitness. and we also know that his heart goes out to those who come to America thirsting for freedom and seeking American citizenship. Mr. Crist. at the head of the Naturalization Bureau. is a. very competent official. His views are in entire harmony with those of Secretary of Labor Davis. I have been concerned with the result of this new order of procedure.
