LXV- 0 No. 5 proposes a change in the name of the Committee on Irrigation of Arid Lands so that it will be the Committee on Irrigation and Reclamation. and shall consist of 17 members instead of 15. as heretofore. Tile number was changed at the beginning of this session by unanimous consent. and the change in the name is simply to make the name correspond more with the work that is now performed by the committee. but It in no way changes the jurisdiction of the committee. No. 6 proposes to raise the number of members on the Committee on Immigration and Naturalization from 15 to 17. That was also done by unanimous consent- at the beginning of the session. The same applies to No. 7. which proposes to amend clause 50.
