I desire to ask unanimous conisent that Rule X be amended in the following particulars: Subparagraph 2. to Increase the Ways and Means Committee from 25 to 26 members. Subparagraph 21. to increase the Public Buildings and Grounds Committee from 20 to 21 members. Subparagraph 23. Committee on Labor. to Increase the melmbe:ship from 14 to 15 members. Subparagraph 35. Committee on Immigration and Naturalization. to increase the membership from 15 to 17 members. These changes were agreed to unanimously I)y the two coilmittees on committees.
