The senior Senator from Massachusetts . the leader of the majority. and. I believe. the senior Senator from Alabau . the leader of the minority. and a number of other Senators. realizing the emergent character of the bill. cooperated to secure Its speedy disposition by the Senate. with the very gratifying result that the bill passed the Senate unanimously.
