C. My DEAR SENATOR: I ant deeply lIterested In the matter of providing admission into this country for Greek and Armenian reftgees who are coming to responsible relatives. I understand that they are now denied admision because the annual immigration quotas for Greeks and Turks atre exhatnsted. It would seem to me a wise policy for Congress to make possible the admission of a linited number in excess of tile quotas coming to families who will guarantee that they shall not become public charges. It would be the most practical and human way to provide for at least a portion of these destilute and suffering people.
