I have analyzed the statement made by the Senator from Rhode Island a moment ago that would seem to indicate that 351.930 immigrants were admissible from Europe this year under the quota fixed. by the 3 per cent law. Of that number. 51.000 actually came from northern and western Europe and 119.606 from southern and eastern Europe. but the figures also show. Mr.
