I want to call attention to the fact that the New York Times. announces in a heading- today that the imnikration :policy is to. be or has been changed. and in spite of.the 3 per :cent regulations the authorities have received a new order to the effect that the last immigrants may remain at Ellis Island. to come in under the next quota. and that that applies particularly to the Greek Government. The Times makes the statement on the authority of a prominent New York lawyer. I would like to say that is not quite the case that the Mw has beenclhanged or the rules modified.
