Sims on the 7th day of June. 1921. in al address to the English Speaking Union at a dinner in the city of London. is reported to have employed the following language: "There awe mnaly in our country who technically are Americans. naturalized and born there. but none of them Americans at all. They are Americans when they want money. but Sinn Feiners on the platform. They are making war on America today. lhe simple truth of it is that they have the blood of English and American boys oin their hands.
