The Secretary will read the resolution. The Assistant Secretary read the resolution (S. Res. 89). as follows: Whereas Admiral William S. Sims is quoted in newspaper reports as having used the following language in an address before the English Speaking Union in London Tuesday night. .iune 7. 1921 : "There are many in our country who technically are Americans. naturalized and born there. but none of them American at all. They are American when they want money but Sinn Felners on the platform. They are making war on America today. The simple truth of it is that they have the blood of English and American boys on their hands.
