Navy. and Marine Corps. who are eligible to citizenship and who served in the United States military or naval forces between April 6. 1917. and September 11. 1918. nmy send or bring in wives. fiances. parents. sisters. or brothers. Now. that means all who served in the Army. including about 400.000 who were not citizens. an(d it includes. of course. many who were naturalized citizens. who might have relatives or finnees abroad. and who might want to bring them in. outside or .over and above the 3 per cent to be admitted.
