There were cases where they were convicted that will be covered by this statute. and which were not covered before. Men have already been convicted. Now. if a man is apt to be deported because he was convicted of a crime which at that time would not justify his deportation. lie has a right to come before the court and say that the Secretary of Labor is undertaking to deport him as an additional penalty to the crime for which lie was convicted before this act was passed.
