I have not discussed. nor shall I discuss. the other paragraphs of this billthe deportation and other clauses. Wt nre told that section 2 is to be taken out. The sections following that one may be all right. but I base my objection to the bill on the fact that the State Department. which has the right to say. requests that the bill be not passed.
