We want to suppress just such things as have been occurring within this country within the last few months. and we do not want a lot of men to run roughshod over law and then appeal to a longdelayed snailpaced court to encourage somebody else to ply their trade instead of making an. example of them. It is just as stated by the gentleman from Washington awhile ago. that there is an organization of people in the country who are teaching just such things as that. As to the political refugee. he is provided for in a section we have already adopted. It is the individuals who are going over the country destroying property and teaching the destruction of all forms of law at which this is aimed. The same law has existed as to prostitutes. the same law has existed as to anarchists. the same law has existed as to many other classes of people. and it simply puts these people who think like anarchists. and who-
