Speech #630381801

They killed a number of policemen over at the Ilaymarket because they were interfering with the alleged right of free speech and the right of public assemblage. Afterwards .they were "judicially murdered." in the language of -these philosophers. and their experience was entirely sufficient to create a scene of profound peace where before there had been numerous disturbances oim the Lake Front. This was an extreme form of the theories promulgated by some of these gentlemen who einigrated from other countries. all of whom could stand the literacy test when they enriched us with their presence. Possibly they left their native countries for their countries good. I am sure they did not coie to our country for our good.
