Mr. Chairman. these sublivisions are perfectly clear. First comes " Immigration stations." The next subdivision reads. "Immigration Service." and at the end of " Immigration Service." if this amendment is held out of order because it does not apply to this particular paragraph. I am going to offer an amendment. as follows: For additional appropriation. Immigration Service. $260.000. Now. clearly. if the committee itself in this bill includes all these items under " Immigration Service" it can not possibly be held that such an amendment is not germane to the portion of the bill to which it is offered. That is the rule.
