Mr. Chairman. this measure Is right. ihe elimination of the products of pauper labor. the products of those who are maintained by charity. from the ordinary channels of commerce is right. We do not want to mix our charity with our business affairs. There is an old saying that charity begins at home. and when we are endeavoring to practice charity we want it understood that we are practicing charity. It is essential. in order that charity may have its proper course and accomplish the things that are to be accomplished through charity. that there be no mixture between business and charity.
