Oh. yes. This will deny the right of anyone who is not a naturalized citizen to vote. but that question does not enter into this matter. What I am trying to bring out is that -unless this amendment is adopted these people who have not become naturalized will be unjustly discriminated against when they seek to return to this country after a short visit to their native land. for they will be forced to comply with all of the drastic regulations of this bill. and I maintain that this is not fair and equitable. I do not think it was the original intention of the committee to go as far as they did.
