Mr. Speaker. I just came into the Chamber and directly or indirectly the subject of immigration seems to be talked about. It has been a good deal talked about in the last few years. I have very pronounced views upon it. and I have no desire to conceal them. I have no desire to avoid responsibility for any action as a Member of this House that I have ever taken heretofore or now. There are about 350.000.000 people of our racethe Caucasian raceengaged in one occupation and another in Europe. My forebears. scattered around in various countries. finally landed in this country a litttle over a century ago.
