The act of March 26. 1910. amending the act of Februnary 20. 1907. to regulate the Immigration of aliens Into the United States. the act of February 20. 1907. to regulate the Immigration of aliens Into the United States. except section 34 thereof. the act of March 3. 1903. to regulate the Immigration of aliens into the United States. except section 34 thereofHere comes what is a repeal of the Chinese exclusion lawall laws relating to the exclusion of Chinese persons or persons of Chinese descent. except such provisions thereof as may relate to the naturalization of aliens. and all other acts and parts of acts Inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed on and after the taking effect of this act. He says the provision in section 3 of his bill saves him from the criticism that I have made to it. Let us see if it does.
