It was a police court having a limited criminal jurisdiction. a court with a seal. and a court that was supposed to have jurisdiction. It is not a matter that requires any intricate investigation. and I have in my hand here a letter from the Acting Secretary of the Department of Commerce and Labor saying there is no objection to the legislation.
