I do not know whether the attorneys were to get 10 per cent or 5 per cent or 50 per cent. It makes no difference with the justice of the claim. Mr. Campbell served his country in this very body. but they raised the question that he had been born abroad. and he could not prove that his father had been naturalized. Does the gentleman think that is a just case? Yet that is exactly what he is fighting here.
