After the word " service." in line 9. page 1. of the bill. Insert the words " or who has served or may hereafter serve four years in the RevenueCutter Service and who has received therefrom an honorable discharge. or an ordinary discharge with recommendation for reenlistment." After the word "shall." in line 9. page 1. insert a comma and the words "at any time within three years from the date of such discharge or completion of honorable service."
