Wright and had experts sent all over Europe to get the wages of labor for use in the great campaign that Mr. McKinley was leading. to show that the cost of labor in this country was so much better than it was abroad. and that our people prospered in the American mode of life as against the pauper labor of the whole world. The reports were made. They were printed in a large edition.
