I find in exhibit IS of the AttorneyGenerals report of 1907 two large pages on the subject of the naturalization law. I have not time to read that. nor have I had time to read the report. Now. on page 14 I find AttorneyGeneral Bonaparte says: On June 29. 1906. the new naturalization law went into effect. the enforcement of which by provision on the sundry civil bill was attached to this office.
