All time evidence within reach has been brought out. and I think it is ample to sustain the position that she is not weakminded in the sense that this law contemplates. I will say this: That she may have been so distressed. so perturbed in mind. in her weakened physical condition. that she so impressed the physician at the time. But she is not feebleminded in the sense of that term in the immigration law. Furthermore. I want to say that. in common justice and in the name of humanity to this afflicted daughter of an American citizen. that she ought not to be subjected to this trial and ordeal now.
