The Senator from Colorado said: "As it stands today. Cuba may import Chinamen or Japanese or any other Asiatic servile labor that they see fit in any numbers theyay wish." �Then the Senator from M assachusetts continued: Under the military government of the United States our laws excluding the Chinese were put in force--in fact were enacted there under that govetnent. and have been adopted by the present Government of Cuba. In other words. our laws about the Chinese are in force in the island today-
