I certainly think I am not mistaken in my recollection of the definition as quoted from the Century Dictionary by the Senator from Ohio . I will find it in a minute. However that may be. whether it means to settle in the United States or to remain in the United States. it will not reach a great class of undesirable immigration to this country. The Senator from Ohio said: The Century Dictionary gives as oneof the definitions of the word immigrant" a foreigner who enters a country to settle there. I thought I was not mistaken in my recollection.
