He shall. on applying for admission to the United States. be subject to the same requirements as are by this act and the Treasury rules thereunder imposed on a Chinese merchant coming to the United States for the first time. Third. He shall comply with such rules and regulations relating to persons of his class as may be made by the CommissionerGeneral of Immigration. with the approval of the Secretary of the Treasury: Provided. That he shall be deported from the United States. should he while there cease to be such goodfaith representative oT the commercial house so sending him to the United States: Andprovidedfurth er. That the CommissionerGeneral of Immigration. with the approval of the Secretary of the Treasury. may suspend or modify the operations of this section whenever in his judgment the privilege granted by it is abused.
