But when you say that these people can come here for 11 months out of 12. the same individual. and they can come in. they can be named by the employer. they can wander around. I have no objection to these people being here. I want to again state I claim no Apache blood whatsoever. I am not here to tell anybody else they cannot come to America. I think immigration has been a great benefit to America. What I object to is a class of people being brought here in the form of economic subjugation in the sense that they have no political rights. They spend 11 months out of the 12.
