Now. there can be no betterform of wealth brought to America than a first.class man. bringing a firstclass family. and the more of that class that come the better it is for America. They frequently get help to come here. and these ignorant persons ought not to be put in prisonr in New York until they can get from abroad. possibly from some remote section of the country of their birth. satisfactory proof that they do not come here within certain classes.
