Now. one wordand I exceedingly regret I am so limited for timein reference to General Harrisons record. A studied attempt has been made all along the line to charge upon the Republican candidate for the Presidency that his record on the Chinese question has been inimical to the true interests of this country and has not been right. and reference has been made to the vote on the bill of 1884.
