As it is now these immigrants are left to become a charge upon that city. and in order that simel may not be the case I hope this measure will pass by a twothirds vote. There has been an amstendment made strsking out the snained7 the deaf and dumb. and blind who will not become a public charge. but includes idiots and those incapable of taking care of themselves.
