Speech #440102043

I have no apprehension of insult to the American flag at this tine in foreign waters or in our own. There is trouble enough in the east. They to not want to involve themselves with this country. I believe our best proteetion for the future is in the developineiit of our own power and the bringing to us of the choice spirits of foreign lands as immigrants. I mean the choice spirits from hmbler classes as well as from the prouder ones. low did England make her commercial and naval supremacy? Not by her navy. but by the establishment of her mall service with every country approachable hiy seageing vessels.
