I have no apprehension of insult to the American flag at this tine in foreign waters or in our own. There is trouble enough in the east. They to not want to involve themselves with this country. I believe our best proteetion for the future is in the developineiit of our own power and the bringing to us of the choice spirits of foreign lands as immigrants.
