They leave their family in Syria and Iraq to
go into Europe? What responsible father does that when he should be
home defending his country and defending his family? They are not going because they are war refugees, for the most part. That wave is over. They are going primarily because they are economic
refugees. They are economic refugees because we hang the carrot out in
front of them and we say: Come to the United States. We will bring you
over here and we will make sure that we take care of all of your needs. You don't have to worry about anything.
