Catherine is able to motivate the next generation of young people to fight hunger and give back to the people who need it most. She is tirelessly dedicated to educating others about the sheer number of people who go hungry each and every day. Not only does Catherine help others in her professional life. but she is also committed to using her time outside of work to help refugees fight through the issues they encounter when beginning a new life and acclimating to a new culture. Mr. Speaker. it is a profound honor to represent leaders like Catherine in the United States Congress and it is with great pride that I recognize and applaud her for utilizing her talents to better both her community and the great state of Iowa.
