I rise today to congratulate Dina Kim. a senior at State College Area High School. located in Pennsylvanias Fifth Congressional District. on earning the national Presidents Volunteer Service Award. This award honors people across the Nation who have volunteered 100 hours per year or more in service to their communities. Dina has worked for years as a translator for Compassion Korea and was a former volunteer in Malaysia. helping to teach English to refugee students. Dina started volunteering with Compassion Korea when she was in fifth grade. The organization allows people from around the world to sponsor a child in need from another country.
