We knew that they were allowing people in in droves. and the more they came in illegally. the more others heard that you can come in illegally. As one of the border patrolmen told me in the wee hours of the morning: We are called logistics by the drug cartels and the gangs in Mexico. All they say they have to do is get people across the river and Homeland Security is logistics. We ship them anywhere they want to go.
