This Obama Administration has eviscerated it. It is less than half of what it was. It should have been expanded all over America. if you actually want the law enforced in this country. But if you dont want the law enforced in America. you kill a program like 287(g). Did the appropriators put in the omnibus bill anything to deal with that abuse? No. We put in language that would prevent illegal aliens from receiving tax credits. This is unbelievable. The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration from President Obamas own Treasury Department has done an analysis of this and urged that it be fixed.
