Over the years. it has touched and inspired so many working families through strong partnerships with volunteers. county government. city government. the private sector. and lowincome populations throughout the San Luis Obispo community. Through these partnerships. CAPSLO has worked tirelessly to implement successful programs. such as Early Head Start. Head Start. Migrant and Seasonal Head Start. Supportive Service for Veterans and Families. Homeless Services. and Parent Education and Child Abuse Prevention Services.
