The President persists in his plan even though his own officials. testifying before the Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest. conceded there is no database in Syria with which to vet refugees. The administration briefed us last night. and they publicly stated: We are going to use biometric techniques. In the United Sates. what does that mean?
