They deserve our protection. and they deserve a bipartisan approach and a bipartisan action in order to stop that. So I stand ready. But right now. I have not been more concerned. I leave my colleagues with two fundamental facts: No. 1. there are now more refugees in the world than at any time since the end of World War II. No. 2. there are now more crises in the world than at any time since the end of World War II. We cannot sustain the failed policies that have led us to the situation that America and the world are in today.
