We need the FBI. Yet they remain subject to the Budget Control Act. We need to fund the Justice Department. other aspects of their activities. the TSA. Customs and Border Protection. and the Coast Guard. These later agencies are funded through the Department of Homeland Security. Without adequate support for the State Department. the danger to our troops increases.
