Yannick grew up in Montgomery County. MD. In high school. he was a member of the National Honor Society. He volunteered weekly at a homeless shelter. He organized soccer tournaments for 3 years to raise money for the Red Cross for Haiti earthquake relief. After high school. Yannick wanted to continue his education. But remember. if you are undocumented in this country. you dont qualify for a penny when it comes to Federal assistanceno Pell grants. no Federal Government loans. So he went to Montgomery College. a junior college. and earned an associates degree in business. He was on the deans list.
