Our Nations education is falling behind. Yes. we have some of the greatest schools. some of the greatest universities in the entire world. some of our public schools. some of our charter schools and private schools unrivaled. but there are a lot of schools that are struggling and producing students that really cant compete in todays world. We need to do immigration reform. We have 12. 15 million people in this country that are undocumented that live in the shadows that may or may not pay taxes that contribute to our economy but are always afraid of being deported. We have climate change. Climate change is here. it is progressing. it is going to get worse.
