Since 2011. when Republicans won the majority of the House. this practice of jamming several unrelated bills together into one rule has increased by 400 percent. This rule is an example of that. and it is why the American people suffer from the somewhat disjointed debate around itone person talks about highways. another counters a point about science. another talks about the legislative branch. It is because they are all in here. This is a Christmas tree bill. Now. if it had immigration reform in it. I would support this Christmas tree. I could swallow the others if that was in here.
