There could be no greater danger for individual liberty. and I really think that the framers would be horrified by that shift because everything theyve dedicated themselves to was creating this orbital balance. and weve lost it. We need to listen to this. The President is issuing orders that nullify law. actually creating an entirely new system of immigration that Congress rejected. He proposed all of this. and Congress flatly refused to pass it. He then declares he has the power to do this system anyway. and he is doing it. This judge has finally stopped part of it for the moment. Professor Turley is talking about deep constitutional questions and what our duty is here. It is not a question of what you believe about immigration or how you should believe the laws are to be written or enforced. We can debate that. But there should be unanimous agreement on both sides of the aisle that the President enforce the laws we havethe laws duly passed by Congressand not create some new law and enforce them.
